Welcome to my lifestyle change diary. After being diagnosed with PCOS a couple of years ago and the help and support I have got from people from www.soulcysters.com I have decided to give the low carb thing a try. Please feel free to support my effort.

I must say I have been rather naughty and not been sticking to my plan but my overall weight loss is 5 kilo's so far so I need to get myself back on the wagon and exercising again. I think sometimes I just get bored with it all and I know I should do it cause its all about my health....
I've never felt so tired in all my life either it seems to be getting worse and worse no idea why but it is....
I am now back on the wagon and going to work twice as hard to shed this excess weight especially since I now have 4 weeks to loose 5 kilo's.
If I fall off the wagon I give everyone permission to kick me in the butt to knock some sense into me....

Was supposed to weigh today but I never made it to the gym was sooooooooooooooooo tired when i got up this morn there was no chance.

Got loads of energy today don't know what happened there lets hope it stays like this for over the long weekend when I have a million and one things to do on my house.

Forgot to take my lunch today, managed to leave it on the sofa before I walked out the door (what a plank I am)

Still feeling extremely tired lets hope it passes. I must say since being on this diet a number 2 happens more than it ever has in my life (well impressed) hehe too much info there prolly!!!!
Went a little OTT with the carbs today but when you get the munchies what can you do.

Got that really tired feeling again, even worse than before this time. Can't believe how early I have been going to bed, but the good thing is I've been able to get up in the morning and go to the gym. yah yah Weigh in day this week will be thursday because of Good Friday. But still I am loosing weight at a slow and steady pace so that is a result.

The weekends are hard to keep my carbs down... I was naughty again this weekend. I had chips and chicken this weekend.... Am going to work twice as hard at the gym this week to burn it all off then I might actually make my 2 kilo target for the week.
Wish me luck...
6.2 kilos to go (13.6lbs)
Today was weigh in day and I only lost 1 kilo. I can't be too dissappointed as its still a step in the right direction. I'm feeling really positive about all this. I still have 6.2 kilos to loose in 7 weeks so if I keep to 1 kilo a week I will reach my 10 kilo target!!!!

Another tired day... went to docs today... found out im borderline for diabetes... not a good thing... the guy is useless when I went to see him 4 weeks ago I said I was going on a low carb diet he said not good don't do that, this time he's telling me to cut my carbs.... Hmmm well that is what I have been doing for the past 15 days... I dunno MEN
